The objective of our business is to provide a high quality product and reliable service for our customers. We hope you
will enjoy visiting our web site and fall in love with our food. Wait we go well beyond just food, we have entertainment,
table side romance. We wine you, dine you, and make you feel welcome, from our signature thick hickory smoked bacon,
to our hands on owners, to the entertaining promotions, you, our guest, are the reason we are here!!
Elizabeth is The Lady of the Back. She washes our dishes, helps us
prep. She is a little shy, but very nice!! Originally from Huajaca, she came to the United States around
June of 2007. Elizabeth originally started at our old Sycamore location in June of 2008 and has since transfered to
our better location. Any time you want one of awesome shakes, Elizabeth will be the one servin it up!! Both Elizabeth
and Xochitl are working hard to get enough money to open up an Ice Cream parlor!!
Casey "The Clown" Really, he is a clown, he does balloon animals, magic
tricks, and juggles!! Casey, our host/food runner has been with us for about three years. He has done it all,
dishes, waiting on tables, cooking, bussing, you name it, he's done it. He attended culinary school in Elgin, where
he went to be a pastry chef. He may not be able to cook eggs, but sure can bake!!! HAHA, just kidding, he cooks
eggs, just fine. Next time you see him (he's normally only here on the weekends) ask him to make you a balloon
animal!!
Amylin
The healthy one of our bunch, The Vegetarian. As a server, she has been with us since October. Amylin
is attending NIU and is majoring in Art. She is a cat lover, she at one point had 7 cats!! Her favorite band
is Aryeon.
Nina
Is attending NIU for antrapology. Nina is originally from Rolling Meadows, she also works at Bahama Breeze in Schaumburg.
She loves the pool at her apartment and is a self proclaimed "neat freak". She works for us on the weekends as
one of our servers. Nina is very friendly
Maria the "Big Boss" is now here in DeKalb since the sale
of our other location in Sycamore. Glad to be here, she started her food career in McDonalds, she also has a degree
in Marketing and Business Management from UIC. You'll see Maria here at least 5 days a week and once you get her talking,
good luck trying to shut her up!! Maria loves spending time with her little bundle of love, Alexus, she is also fortunate
enough to be married to a great guy.....
Me/Scott. I also started my food career
with McDonalds. I am the one behind all the odd and creative marketing. I can normally be found at least 5 days
a week here as well, if not running around, then I can be found at my computer working on our next promotion, or playing No
Limit Texas Hold'em, just don't tell Maria!! My pride and joy is our little girl..
Alexus, the one we do all this for. She is three years
old, and has soooo much energy, she makes us feel old. She loves coming to work before school, watching Mickey Mouse
and eating here at her favorite restaurant. When she gets done, she loves to help out mommy or daddy cleaning tables
or bringing cream, or oatmeal or grits to our guests.
