FAQ
FAQ:

What does "heated" storage really mean?
All our storage is indoors. Since it is all indoors, your personal goods are protected from the weather. While the word "heated" might imply that the building is blazing, we actually keep the building at 62 degrees Fahrenheit.

How long do I have to sign up for?
We do not function on contracts like many other storage places. With us, if you only need storage for a month then you only pay for a month. Upon signing up for a storage unit, all we require is first month's rent. After that, payment is on the anniversary date of every month (ie. if you moved in on the 21st of the month, then your rent is due on the 21st of every month).

What are my access hours?
As a tenant, you have access to your personal unit from 5:00am to 11:00pm.

How long before I need to give a vacate notice?
We require a vacate notice of at least ten days BEFORE your next due date. Those moving out without giving a vacate notice will be charged rent up to the amount of days their storage would cost for another 10 days.

How can I pay for my storage unit?
You can come into the office to make a payment, mail a payment, or call it in over the phone. We also offer automatic charges on major credit cards. Call and ask for more details about automatic deduction.

What are your unit sizes and prices?
Please check out our unit sizes and prices here.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, check, cashier's check, money order, and all major credit cards: visa, mastercard, discover, american express.
