MONTHLY DUES: Membership dues are assessed on a twelve-month billing cycle. Monthly dues are charged to your account the first day of each month.

Seniors:          $60.00 per month

Pre Seniors:    $55.00 per month

Advanced:     $50.00 per month

Beginning:      $40.00 per month

Novice:         $35.00 per month

 

INVOICES: You will be assigned a GCST membership mailbox located at Mingus Park Pool. You may pick up all correspondence including a monthly invoice on the first of each month from your box. When returning your payment please write your child’s name on the payment or return payment with the invoice. You may mail your payment to GCST P.O. BOX 1480 COOS BAY, OR 97420, or leave payment in the Payment/Suggestion box in the office.

 

LATE PAYMENT FEE: At this time GCST does not charge a late payment fee. However, payment of your invoice balance is due by the 15^th of the month.

 

MEET ENTRY FEES: When you sign up to attend a swim meet that charges entry fees you will be billed on your invoice for those fees. BECAUSE GCST IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ENTRIES AND MAKE PAYMENTS IN ADVANCE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTRY FEES EVEN IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THAT MEET.

 

USA SWIMMING CARD FEE: All swimmers must become a member of USA Swimming, which provides your swimmer with secondary liability insurance. The charge is $57.00. This is an annual charge good January 1 to December 31 of a given year. This will be payable with your first month dues, and the annual renewal charge will automatically be billed to your November invoice for the upcoming year. There is a seasonal USS card that is $37.00, but is only offered April to August.

All swimmers should come to practice and are expected to suit up, swim, pay attention and have fun. If you arrive early at the pool please be courteous to others and wait for your time in the water. If you are ill and are not swimming please stay home that day.

 

GCST swim caps can be purchased at the pool. Latex are $4, silicone are $12
